What is Workclick?

Workclick is a service networking company that provides professional and domestic onsite services to its customers on demand by connecting its trained expert worker-partners to customers via its app-based platform.

How does it work?

To get work done through Workclick is very simple and convenient. First, you need to download the app, sign up and request your required service. The nearest worker proceeds to the location of service delivery to carry out the job and voila, the job is done! You rate and review the worker based on your opinion, assessment of work done and experience with the worker; and everybody is happy.

Can I pay cash?

You can pay cash to your worker after the job has been completed. You may also pay through your credit/debit card which you have registered on your Workclick account.

My worker did not complete the job, what do I do?

If your worker did not actually complete the job he/she was expected to, report the issue directly to the Workclick support team via your app through Help> Report an Issue or Help > Contact Support. We will investigate the matter and resolve it accordingly.

A worker rated me unfairly, what do I do?

A worker rates his customer based on his/her opinion & experience working for you. However, if you are convinced that the worker rated you unfairly, you may report the issue to the Workclick support team from your app via Help > Contact Support. We will investigate the matter and resolve it accordingly.

Which App do I download and from where?

To order services from Workclick, you should download the customer app named Workclickby Workclick Inc from the Google Playstore. Alternatively, visit https://workclick.com/download-app to link you to the customer app download page.

First, you need to download the Worker app –Workclick Worker, create your account and stay online to receive service requests from customers within your vicinity. When you accept a service request, you proceed to the point of service delivery and carry out your job professionally. You get paid, the customer rates you based on their opinion, assessment of work done and experience with you. You rate him too.

How do I become a worker?

Once you meet up with the requirements to work on Workclick, you may apply to work through the Workclick website, fill the online form and proceed for training & screening. When you pull through these stages, you qualify to work and your account is immediately activated to commence working and earning on Workclick.

What are the requirements for becoming a worker on Workclick?

  • You must be at least 18 years and at most 49 years old
  • You must have the required skills for the job
  • You must be able to communicate in basic English at least
  • You must have a valid means of identification
  • You should have a bank account
  • You should have the basic tools required to work effectively

I applied online but have not been selected to work on Workclick, what do I do?

If you have applied to work online, you should receive a confirmation message from us. You should check your inbox and your other email folders to find a mail from Workclick. If you don’t see any message from Workclick, you may contact us through email on contact@workclick.com with details of your application and we will revert accordingly.

How much can I make per week as a worker?

Depending on your work schedule you can make as much as N80,000 and above every week working on Workclick. This means per month, you can make up to N320,000 and above.

What if my hirer/client cancels the transaction after I accept request?

The customer can only cancel a transaction before the service begins. Once you start the job, cancellation is completely impossible. However, if the customer cancels the transaction prior to the commencement of the service, you should receive another request shortly as long as you remain online.

What can cause my account to be deactivated?

Your account may be deactivated if:

  • You are found guilty on a customer reported issue
  • You are involved in theft or any form of assault
  • You are involved in any form of fraud under the platform
  • You have a high number of frequent unwarranted cancellations

What if my ongoing job develops into another?

If your ongoing job evolves into another, stay in very close range with your client, while he/she sends a new request for that service via the app. You should receive the service request on your own app. Accept the request, and resume the job accordingly.

What happens if I cancel a service request?

Nothing. However, if you cancel more than 3 times in a month, your account may be temporarily deactivated. We will investigate to determine if your cancellations were reasonable or uncalled for.

How can I update my sort code?

To update your sort code, you should send us an email indicating your intention. We will prompt you on the next action to take.

Are tips allowed?

Yes

I have been screened but still not activated, why?

If you have been screened but your account has not been activated, check your inbox for our email. If you haven’t received an email from us, contact us via contact@workclick.com . Please clearly indicate your account details.

Does cancellation affect my ratings?

No, it doesn’t affect your ratings. However, if you are found to cancel service transactions indiscriminately, your account may be temporarily or permanently deactivated.

A customer rated me unfairly, what do I do?

A customer rates his/her worker based on his/her opinion, assessment of job done and experience working with you. It is strictly up to the customer to give his/her rating on you.

How much service fee am I charged?

Workclick charges a worker 20 percent of every payment received on every transaction. This is the only service fee to be charged on workers. This means that if you do a job on Workclick and receive a payment of 10,000 Naira for example, Workclick charges a service fee of 2,000 Naira while you receive 8,000 Naira.

Does Workclick refund background check/registration/application fees?

No. Registration/application/background check fees are non-refundable.

What is the age limit for workers on Workclick?

You must be at least 18 years and at most 49 years to qualify to work on Workclick.

Can I work whenever I want/ Can I toggle my working status/ Can I control my work schedule?

Yes, you can. Workclick allows you to run a flexible work mode so that you can work whenever you want by toggling online or offline depending on your convenience and schedule.

Which app do I download to work, and from where?

Why are my bank details required?

We need your bank account details in order to make payments for jobs done. Payments will be made weekly or monthly depending on your preference.
